The school is guided by the leadership of Mr. Himanshu Sharma (Chairman), a qualified professional with a background in science and management (B.Sc., MBA), who brings strong business acumen and strategic direction to the institution. Supporting him is Mr. R.K. Sharma (Vice President), a retired principal with extensive experience in the education sector, ensuring academic integrity and discipline.

The administration is efficiently managed by Mrs. Deepika Gupta (Secretary), who holds qualifications in B.Sc. and PGDM and contributes significantly to organizational development and operations. The governing body is further strengthened by Mrs. Jayshree Dubey (Vice President), along with respected members such as Mrs. Sarita, Mrs. Sikha Garg, and other professionals who bring diverse expertise from education, service, and business backgrounds.

The academic leadership of the institution is under Lalita Sharma (Principal), a highly qualified professional with M.A.(English), B.ED credentials. His vision and academic guidance ensure high standards of teaching, research, and student development. Located at 7th Km Milestone, Khurja–Sikandrabad Old G.T. Road, Village Roopwas Panchgai, Khurja, Hillwood Military School provides a peaceful and conducive learning environment.
